FAUNAPYR informs the users of our website about our policy regarding the treatment and protection of the personal data that may be collected through the website. In this sense, FAUNAPYR guarantees full compliance with the current legislation relative to the protection of personal data, reflected in ‘Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal’ and ‘Real Decreto 1720/2007, de 21 diciembre’. FAUNAPYR has the duty to inform the users about the collection of personal data, either by sending an email or by filling in the forms that might be available on the website. In this sense, FAUNAPYR will be considered responsible for the data collected through these means. This communication must reflect the following information: name and surname of the user, the request for application and the supporting data. The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user himself, although they may be executed by delegation. In this case, the documentation that proves this representation of the interested party must be provided.
